The delivery date displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Post shipment of the order, an Estimated Delivery Date will be displayed in the 'Order Details' under 'My Account ' section which will help to keep a track of the shipment status of the order. In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization. We accept returns and exchanges within 5 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders. To return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item.

REFUNDS: Once the return order is received , it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to reflect in your account. Please feel free to contact us at info@Turmgel.com in case the refund is not reflected after 5 days.
